By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Artistic Interpretation: The commissioned work will be created based on our consultation and reference materials. While I strive to capture your vision, artistic interpretation is subjective, and I may make creative decisions to ensure the quality of the final piece, but I will always confirm with you before I make any further changes.Payment: A non-refundable deposit (50% of final price) is required upfront before the work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the final draft is delivered.Changes and Revisions: Minor changes can be made during the outline and drafting phase. After the approval of the script, major changes may incur an additional fee.Copyright and Usage: I retain the copyright to the public scripts. YOU ARE PURCHASING THE RIGHT TO USE NON-PRIVATE SCRIPTS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. Any commercial use will involve additional fees.Delivery and Timeline: The estimated completion time will be communicated during the consultation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but I will communicate any changes to you promptly.Refunds and Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of commissioned scripts, deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation from my side, a full refund will be issued.
